Super Power
The Superpower I Didn’t Know I Had
Imagine if you were always clear on what to do.
Do you desire to hear Gods voice clearly?
If you had asked me 22 years ago what superpower I would choose, I would have said this without hesitation: a direct line to Jesus.
I wanted to hear His voice so clearly, to know exactly what He was saying so I could walk confidently in His will. At the time, I believed I could hear Him through His Word, through sermons, or through other people… but I didn’t realize that because I had received Him as my Lord and Savior, the very Spirit of God already lived inside of me.
I already had the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16).
The truth is-if you belong to Him, you do too. Jesus Himself said, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me” (John 10:27). That means you don’t need to wonder if you can hear Him-you can grow in recognizing His voice.
For me, it’s been like building a muscle. At first, it felt faint. I had to learn to quiet distractions, to silence the noise of the world (and honestly, my own thoughts), and to simply be still. But as I practiced, I realized I already had the very “superpower” I wished for.
And friend, so do you.
God is always speaking-through His Word, through His Spirit, through His whispers in your heart. Don’t be discouraged if it feels hard at first. He isn’t hiding from you. In fact, He says, “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in” (Revelation 3:20).
He is gentle.
He is loving.
He is edifying.
And His grace is greater than you can ever imagine.
If you’ve ever longed to hear Him more clearly, with confidence and peace, you’re not alone. That’s why I’m launching my brand-new Hearing God’s Voice Micro-Course—to help you practice this very gift you already carry. You’ll discover how to quiet the noise, tune your spiritual ear, and walk with God’s direction for your life in a way that feels natural and deeply personal.
Because the truth is-hearing Him isn’t just for “special” people. It’s for you.
And once you recognize His voice, you’ll realize: it’s the greatest superpower of all.
